“THE CATHEDRAL IN COLOUR”

Until September 18th, Amiens' Cathedral gets its original colours back thanks to a unique technological process.Let's all meet at 10:30 pm in july !

In the Middle Ages, the decorations carved on the doorways at the Western end of the Cathedral Notre-Dame in Amiens were painted in bright and lively colours. Over the time, the paint on the stone was erased. Today, a new technology allows coloured lights to be projected precisely, restoring the façade to its multicoloured glory. The result of this magical but ephemeral colouring, created by Skertzò, is an exceptional glimpse of medieval architecture. A revelation, a moment of pure emotion !

From June 15th to September 20th and from December 1st to January 1st.
In June at 10.45 pm, in July at 10.30 pm, in August at 10 pm, in September at 9.45 pm, in December at 7 pm,
