The “Fête du Nautisme” takes place throughout France, on her coasts, on inland waters and along her rivers. It’s an opportunity for young and old, beginners or experienced sailors to “push out the boat” for a weekend.

A chance for everyone to:
. explore the whole range of watersports available
. try out a particular product and the different ways of enjoying it
. share the enthusiasm of those who practice these sports regularly
During the festival, the organisers - clubs, sporting associations and federations, watersports centres, local authorities, marinas and harbours - will be offering a variety of activities:
experiences for first-timers, demonstrations, free trials, shows, regattas, competitions and visits.

> life-saving demonstrations

> demonstrations and opportunities to try wind buggies, kite buggies and speed-sailing

> ‘Handisport’ activities specially adapted for the handicapped: catamaran, cycling, speed-ball, wind buggies and swimming.

>> Loeuilly: water activities for first-timers, kayak polo tournament, demonstration of canoeing and kayaking, rafting and dugout canoeing.

>> Gamaches: open days, introduction to kayaking, canoeing, sailing and wind-surfing

>> Saint-Sauveur: introduction to canoeing, kayaking, wind-surfing and Optimist sailing

>> Argoeuves: open days, demonstrations of sailing, wind-surfing and modelling

>> Rivery: introduction to canoeing and kayaking amongst the water-gardens (Hortillonnages) and lakes of Camon, descent of the River Avre

>> Picquigny: introduction to canoeing, kayaking and rafting, descent of the Old River Somme by raft
