Free entry to all museums. Enjoy an unusual night-time visit!

Museum Night was started in 2005 by the Ministry of Culture and Communication and in 2007 saw an estimated 1.3 million visitors in the 956 French museums, with similar results in the 960 museums of the 41 other countries that participated in Europe."Museum Night" is a friendly occasion when entry is completely free, intended to attract a new types of public with programmes designed especially for the occasion: special lighting effects, musical, theatrical and literary performances, first-time, ephemeral, contemporary installations that for a single night stand out against the permanent collections.For families and children, for those who wander in by chance or for regular visitors, for lovers or groups of friends, for the young and not-so-young, Musem Night is a unique opportunity to stroll from one museum to the next without having to worry about the time.The Historial of the Great War (Péronne): free entry from 6.00pm to 22.30pm.

Picardy Museum (Amiens) from 7.00pm to1.00am.

Jules Verne's house (Amiens) and the musuem in the Saint-Riquier's abbey will be opened too.
