why should you come?
Like every year, the Fête de la Mer returns to Cayeux, with parades, concerts and restaurants... an opportunity to bring together young and old alike!
Sunday August 11 :
10:00 am: Mass in memory of lost sailors Eglise St Pierre, Cayeux
11:00am: Cayeux procession departs to music
11:30am: Blessing of the waves at the beach entrance
2:00 pm: Departure of the procession to the sailors' chapel
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm: Boat rides (subject to availability)
6:00 pm: When the boats return, drinks offered by the Yacht Club at the old school
7:00 pm: Mussels and French fries party organized by the Chés Piots de Cayeux association. Entertainment by the group "La Bonne Heure"
