Detached gîte (200 sq.m.) with fenced garden (800 sq.m.) in village on the Circuit du Souvenir (WW1 Remembrance trail). Private open parking for 4 vehicles. Ground floor: large fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee pod machine, no. 4 filter coffee machine, tap with filtered drinking water, Monsieur Cuisine food processor, toaster, kettle, dishwasher) opening onto dining room, utility room (washing machine, tumble drier). Lounge (fireplace) opening onto glassed-in veranda (21 sq.m.). Entrance hall (lounge furniture, inset fireplace). Bedroom (king-size bed OR 2 single beds) with shower room (walk-in shower) & WC. Small bedroom (7 sq.m., double bed), en-suite shower & washbasin, separate WC. 1st floor: 2 attic bedrooms (queen-size bed OR 2 80x200cm beds in each) with shower room & WC. 1 bedroom has 70x190cm bed for child. Landing (extra 70x190cm bed for child/teenager). No extra charge for heating (electric, inset fireplace, wood pellet stove). Beds made on arrival. 2 pets allowed (surcharge: 5€/animal/day), dishes and poop bags available. Cleaning deposit (100€) to be handed over on arrival IF cleaning option has not been chosen/paid for on booking. Gîte has disabled access (but no official label). Owners have right of way through gîte garden to reach their own vegetable garden.
