Living room (decorative fireplace only). Shower room with WC, electric towel dryer. On the 1st floor: 1 landing bedroom (1 bed 140x190) communicating with a sleeping area with 2 beds 90x190 recommended for children. 2 separate WCs with washbasin. Terrace (35 m²) with view of the pond. Private unfenced parking. Electric heating included. Beds made on arrival and towels provided on arrival. Amiens 20 minutes away, Baie de Somme 40 minutes away. Pets not allowed. For fishing: fishing license required, No Kill. Shelter for bicycles. Cycle path 800m away. Train station 800m away.
